The Lakeland Concert Band for the 2008- 2009 season will perform our first concert of the season at the Lakeland Center's Youkey Theatre on November 16th. Doors open at 1:15PM, Pre show sing a long 1:45, Concert starts 2:30pm. Concerts are performed free of charge. The center charges a small fee for parking. Save gas and parking fees by car pooling.. One of our concerts, as noted on the schedule,will be performed at Florida Southern College's Branscomb Auditorium. There is no charge for parking at the college. Please note : Our Last Concert will be held on Saturday, April 11th.

The Lakeland Concert Band's Swing Band , the Music Ambassadors, will begin their season in January. Dances will be at the Magnolia Building from 7:00PM to 9:00PM. Music will include selections from the 40's through the 70's. A $5.00 donation per person, for the Lakeland Concert Band, is suggested. Cups, ice, and drinks are provided. Put on your "dancing feet" and come join the fun!
