2009 - 2010 Concert Schedule Nov. 8th  Lakeland Center - Youkey Theater     Feb.  Dec. 6th  Lakeland Center - Youkey Theater     Mar.  Lakeland Center  -  Youkey Theater Jan. 17th  Lakeland Center - Youkey Theater     Apr.  11th  Lakeland Center -       Youkey Theater The Lakeland  Concert Band for the 2009- 2010 season will perform our first concert of the season at the Lakeland Center's Youkey Theatre on November 16th. Doors open at 1:15PM, Pre show sing a long 1:45, Concert starts 2:30pm.  Concerts are performed free of charge. The center charges a small fee for parking. Save gas and parking fees by car pooling.. February and March concert dates to be announced at a later date.

Interested in playing the music of Miller, Dorsey, and Goodman? The Lakeland Concert Band's Swing Band , the Music Ambassadors, will begin their season in January. Dances will be at the Magnolia Building from 7:00PM to 9:00PM. Music will include selections from the 40's through the 70's. A $5.00 donation per person, for the Lakeland Concert Band, is suggested. Cups, ice, and drinks are provided. Put on your "dancing feet" and come join the fun!  Information about the Lakeland Swing Band may be obtained by calling Dave Double at 813-752-7330

Petals,The Flower Shoppe, Etc.  in Lakeland, Florida has been very supportive of the Lakeland Concert Band for many years. Each concert they provide beautiful flower arrangements that decorate our stage during the performance and then are given to  two lucky audience members to enjoy.
